The Supervisor, Maintenance is accountable to the Maintenance In charge and Capital Improvements for leading and effectively managing the staff in his area, processes and activities involved in the provision of safe accessible and well maintained restaurants in accordance with the Departments mission and its goal of continuous improvement.

1. R&M, Electricity, Diesel and LPG cost for restaurants in the circle.
Total: 4 GPMs including Bike Gpm
1. Leadership Responsible for providing excellent leadership to the staff.
Create and maintain positive working relationships by establishing a clear set of reasonable and mutually agreed upon expectations that align with the Departments mission and the company strategic plan to help employees create clear paths to success.
Effectively measure and evaluate performance of direct reports through both formal performance appraisals and informal methods such as regular feedback, coaching, and one-on-one conversations.
Establish strategies that identify development opportunities in direct reports, and create development plans that will enable employee growth and improved performance.
2.Supervision Responsible for providing excellent supervision and support to the staff including:
Managing and evaluating performance
Leading the creation and delivery of staff training and development opportunities for staff in the restaurants
Ensuring safety and wellness initiatives and procedures are effectively followed by all staff.
3. Fiscal Management Accountable for managing the financial resources for Maintenance.
Developing and managing the annual operating budget for Maintenance.
Following company policies and procedures for the effective procurement of supplies, equipment, and 3rd party service providers required.
4. Operations Management Provide the training to restaurant team for smooth operation of equipment.
5. Support in New Restaurant opening:
Get installed the PRI/telephone lines at the restaurant before opening of Restaurant
Handing over the new restaurant from the project team and hand over to operation team with documentation
Assign the manpower, creation of asset & PM schedule in PM software
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Experience 3-5 years experience in maintenance
Repair & Maintenance of DG, Electrical Panels, AC and lighting system
