Personal Assistant to MD:
1.Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
2.Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
3.Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
organising events and conferences
4.Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
managing databases and filing systems
5.Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
6.Collating and filing expenses
1.English Graduate/ Management Graduate students preferred.
2.Candidates should be ready to travel.
3.Candidates should be willing to work in shifts.
