Logistics Executive: Must be familiar with SAP, Material Handling, Material Management, Store Management, Inventory Management. Looking after inwards & outwards of material. Similar Industry exposure preferred. For the procurement and management of material as per the sales plan. The job responsibility includes advance planning & procurement of material, sales and spares inventory management, proper placement and labeling of materials, timely dispatches and meeting monthly sales targets. Must be able to handle team.
Attributes: Excellent knowledge of stores and material management, purchase and procurement, planning and inventory control, well versant with material arrangement module of ERP, stock management, good communication skills, team player, high ethical principles, customer orientation, computer literate.
Duties and Responsibility
Monitoring and controlling inventory status for all finished goods stocks. Arrange stock takes every month to ensure physical stocks tally with system. Ensuring accuracy in stock counts, investigating variances and providing discrepancy reports and reconciliation.
Monitoring the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods
Ensuring all partners in the supply chain are working effectively and efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
They have to keep an inventory of equipment required for the repair work
Logistics executives need excellent analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
Logistics executives also need negotiation skills to get the best prices from suppliers and service providers, and planning skills to ensure logistical activities stay on schedule.
Responsible for creating, nurturing and fulfilling business sales for existing and new products and services for the company Responsibilities
Creating and maintaining a proper materials transfer and data updates in system.
Overall responsible for assisting day-to-day warehouse operation and perform various activities to ensure that the warehouse runs efficiently.
Bachelors degree or higher in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or any other related field.
