Conducting internal tests with a focus on procedural efficiencies and adherence to regulatory and compliance standards for US Mortgage
Handling regular interaction with customers for an effective resolution of grievances and obtaining feedback
Maximising customer satisfaction matrices by providing them with regular assistance and achieving delivery and quality norms
Responsible for handling Mortgage Origination processes post-closing review and pre purchase review
Ability to handle multiple processes/tasks with minimal supervision from Management, Building and maintaining healthy business relations to ensure maximum customer satisfaction levels
Setting out quality standards for various operational areas, ensuring a high-quality customer experience while adhering to the SLAs and work processes Conceptualising and developing need based training modules for developing multi skilled work force for utilisation within sub processes for optimum efficiency
Skills Required :
Excellent Knowledge in Finance and Accounts.
Needs to have Experience in Banking
Mortgage(Payer End) .
Experience in Database management(Mandate)
Level : Level 11(SME) : 4-5 Years Experience
Level 10(Team Lead ): 6+ Years
Salary : 4-5 Lacs PA (Level 11)
6-6.50 Lacs PA |(Level 10)
