Identifying training needs and implementing training programs to meet specific needs and ensure compliance to applicable policies and procedures, and serve the overall companys strategic objectives.
Review and evaluate the effectiveness of specific training and development initiatives.
Working with Line Managers and coaching them to coach the field CA
Conduct refresher programs, certification and new process trainings.
Content creation, modification and development.
Prepare training calendars and adherence.
Maintain calibration data and records.
Training Impact analysis.
Ensure training material and other training aids are available to academy members at all times
Education :- MBA(HR)
Experience :- Min 3years
