POST: Q C Inspector – Senior Executive

The major product line presently manufactured and exported are sinker drills, underground mining drills with Jack legs (Pusher legs) & stoppers, Pneumatic Drifters, Pneumatic Breakers & Picks, Crawler Drills, Wagon Drills, Simba Junior, DTH Hammers etc. In addition to this MINDRILL also manufactures accessories including Shank Adopters, Coupling Sleeves, DTH Button Bits, Top Hammer Button Bits,various sizes of Air Line Lubricators, Chisels for pneumatic breakers and hydraulic breakers.

More than 44 years of our core competences with latest manufacturing infrastructure including CNC Turning, VMC machining, Gun Drilling, Multi Station Broaching, Profile Milling and CNC grinding with atmospheric controlled sealed quench heat treatment facility. companyhas enhanced its versatility of manufacturing facility in machining by installing series of 5 Axis vertical machining centres for critical machining with minimum setups complimented with CMM and Deep Hole drilling which will enable MINDRILL to address global market opportunities even more aggressively and capture larger market share.

Q C Inspector – Senior Executive

Proficiency in inspection of machining components having minimum 3 years experience in relevant field.
Graduate in Engineering , Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

• Achieving customer satisfaction by supplying “zero defects” products and timely delivery.
• To ensure planned results and continual improvements.
• To increase productivity by reducing rejections & non-value adding activities and bringing latest infrastructure.
• To ensure training of employees as per defined targets, training needs and requirements.

Our Consultancy charges are redeemed from candidates, their one month salary (CTC) in Two Equal monthly installments, the first installment after receiving the Job Offer/Appointment Letter from the Company and the second one after getting the first month’s salary from the Company.


Procedure of interview – There will be two rounds of interview:
• 1st round will consist of Mock Interview Session with grooming at Spearhead Office to prepare the candidates for the interview. We also arrange for Spoken English & Basic Computer Training Programmes by experienced professionals from the Industry wherever required.
• 2nd round will be at the client’s place whereby the final selection would be done.
