We are currently hiring a seasoned Project/ Program Manager to lead our Delivery PMO. This role will be responsible for timely implementation of a set of multi-functional strategic initiatives associated with the companys rapid growth.

We are currently hiring a seasoned Project/ Program Manager to lead our Delivery PMO. This role will be responsible for timely implementation of a set of multi-functional strategic initiatives associated with the companys rapid growth in a changing business environment. Reporting into the Head of Global Delivery, this role will be a key contributor to the company's strategic vision & direction. The role is based out of our corporate HQ in Nagpur.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

Ensure that each initiative is well designed and implemented by its leader and associated team
Manage multiple initiative levels and be responsible for their successful completion within schedule and agreed quality parameters
Provide expert advice and coaching to leads and teams to ensure best-practice execution
Facilitate identification of timelines, dashboards, success metrics, and financial scorecards for each initiative
Create a measurement system and/or tool to assess awareness, understanding, buy-in and support of change management activities
Support development of clear case for change, desired outcomes, accurate scope, clear roles and decision-making
Provide advice and counsel leaders without owning the projects to ensure the steps, tracking and expectations are consistent
Support initiative teams with skills in process excellence, project management, facilitation, problem solving, budgetary management and value creation toward required outcomes
Identify capacity, pacing, velocity, resourcing issues, and other red flag issues needing leadership attention
Ensure effective stakeholder engagement and communications
Ensure timelines are adhered to for initiatives by keeping leadership aware of red flags concerning the timing or integration process
Identify initiative levels dependencies; consolidate all the individual project/sub-programs under a holistic view
Anchor, address, coordinate the Client Audit findings and ensure to takes it to the closure before the next audit cycle.
