Job Description

1. Responsible for the delivery and evaluation of technical & soft skills training on all aspects of client training
2. To prepare learners to perform job functions within predetermined KPIs performance standards.
3. Responsible to utilize appropriate delivery techniques in a blended, scenario, transmission ,self-based learning environment.
4. Provide Coaching & Feedback and supervision during OJT,Nesting, TQ,Evolution
5. Support Nesting,OJT,TQ,Evolution by observing, measuring and monitoring learners as needed.
6. Responsible for self-skilling & certification during periods of un-activity (classroom)
7. Develop non-classroom communication and training materials for e.g. handouts, reference sheets
8. Coordinate New Hire, Progression & Enhancement Training activity
9. Assess participant and class performance in FT,CST & Nesting
10. Participate in required client interaction (include effective curriculum feedback and client visits)
11. Perform other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by supervisor or manager
