Provide information to employees on services as per the scope of work
Strong coordination with service provider, operations team and employees
Manage, coordinate and track all customer requests, service function and individual work order. Maintain an employee service request workload database and prepare monthly report on the attainment of service level & nature of complaints.
Generate reports to keep track of spends & analyze the same for future reference
Be aware of all site related statutory documents, various vendors and maintain a data base of important contact details to be used at site.
timely submit the required vendor registration documents before onboarding the vendor's into the system.
Get a response from the user on the overall satisfaction level related to handling and closing of the request
