The Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

Hours of Operations approximately will be 7:30PM to 4:30AM

Investigating critical alarms

Managing Incident escalations from the Service Desk

Managing Problems in customer managed networks

Assist in project deployments as requested


Salary:INR 13,00,000 - 19,00,000 P.A.

Desired Candidate Profile

You must have experience with the following technologies:
5+ years experience in configuring and supporting a range of modular Cisco Routers and Switches and connector interfaces such as SFP, SFP+, GBICs, etc.
5+ years experience in supporting WAN, VRF, IPSEC/GRE VPNs, MPLS preferred
5+ years experience in supporting data connectivity circuits such as Layer 2/Layer 3 Fibre Ethernet, EOC,MBE/EFM, SHDSL, ADSL, Wireless
5+ years experience in Layer 2/Layer 3 protocols such as VLAN, ISPEC, eBGP, iBGP, OSPF, RIP and QoS.
3+ years experience in configuring and supporting enterprise Firewalls such as FortiNet (preferred), Cisco or Palo Alto
5+ years experience in general network services such as DNS, SNMP, spanning tree, etc

Candidates ideally will possess the following certifications and experience:
CCNP R&S, CCIE R&S will be preferred
