Key Accounts Manager
Managing relationships and drive sales and business development with all existing HoReCa Customers
Order Generation and Execution, Liaison with Store and sales teams
Acquiring new Customers, Increase SOW from existing customer in line with monthly target
Develop sales strategy to and ensure targeted distribution dominant
Proficiency in analyzing and developing new streams for long-term revenue growth and maintaining relationship with customers to achieve repeat/ referral business.
Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods
Conduct market visits and responsible for business development
Responsible for the achievement of sales targets from the key accounts
Responsible for ensuring that the Company policies and procedures are followed in all key account transactions
Monitor performance and compliance to Agreements, taking corrective action where appropriate
Responsible for collecting relevant feedback from the Customer and passing it on to the concerned person
Be responsible for the sales volume and revenue
Target based performance.
Develop and follow up on business leads.
Analyze sales statistics gathered by the staffs to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and to monitor customers' preferences
Communication of company schemes to customers
Analyze how to improve the competitive position in the market through improved customer service
Monitor closely the competitive activities and provide feedback to the store management
Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Ensure all the receivables are collected well on time
Coordinate with DC Main cash for Key accounts reconciliation from Time to Time
Previous Sales experience with FMCG/ Food companies or Reputed Restaurants & Hotel Chain ideally within related industries.
- Strong commercial outlook and an ability to drive revenue growth.
- Highly motivated and passionate about sales & marketing.
- Experience of presenting to clients at a senior management level
