Profile of KAM
We are looking at strong candidates from Diabetes portfolio selling backgrounds preferably with experience in selling Diabetic products.
The ideal candidate could be a B Pharm graduate with strong interpersonal skills & scientific selling experience.
The preferred candidate should have a minimum 1 years experience of working in a Diabetes Division,
The KAMs role would encompass,
Meeting top Endos/ Diabetos/ Nephros & Cardios covering large areas to meet these important Drs.
Developing strong relations with KOLs who will be advocates for Alkem Brands & ensure significant volume & business
Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
Ensure all activities planned by marketing are driven successfully with the help of these Key KOLs.
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
