JUNIOR MANAGER (ACCOUNT MANAGER) - CUSTOMER RELATIONS
Graduate with excellent communication in English and Tamil with computer skills should have worked in a call centre in a team leader capacity with customer service being the primary objective, we also have position of QC Analyst and QC Audit managing agents and generating various reports .
Responsibilities and Duties
Will be working with system CRM, attending inbound calls, updating customer service details in the system and carrying out the services with the service engineer attached and generate daily reports.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
2 years minimum experience in customer care / call centre and should possess customer service experience with computer skills and should be qualified as a graduate.
Graduate, MS office Skills + 2 years experience in any of the call centre/service centre
