Job Description

1. IT Support Engineer Field/Residence

Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role

Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments.

Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products

Ability to configure & Installed, basic software, outlook, WIFI & diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.

Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software


2. IT Helpdesk Engineer

Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. Isolates problem, determination and implement solution.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT Helpdesk
Provide technical assistance and support for all incoming IT Helpdesk request and issues related to computer systems, application, services, software, and hardware either in person or remotely over the phone.
Coordinate with engineer & allot call of customer.
Follow up and ensure issue has been resolved.

Manage PC/Laptop setup and deployment for new employees with standard hardware, images and software.
.
Maintain daily performance and monitoring of Engineers.
Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
Maintain inventory of all equipment.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Minimum of 2 to3 years experience with the following:

Strong background in TCP/IP, IP networking knowledge, i.e. IP subnet, DNS, DHCP, FTP, SSH and etc.
Microsoft Active Directory experience and all Windows networking.
Microsoft Outlook / GMail, Microsoft Windows OS and Office Applications
Working with varies server and client hardware platform,

Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work witg multiple customer and issues
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
