Sourcing relevant profiles from multiple job portals and managing posting of job vacancies at the best performing recruitment channels (responsiveness, quality and costs).
Full execution of the recruitment process (including job posting, phone interviewing, job interviewing, regular communication with candidates and managers) including the recruitment administration.
Proactively conduct research and investigate new methods of finding passive candidates including: complex internet searches, social and professional networking groups, networks, blogs, diversity resources, competitor research and the development of existing candidate relationships.
Evaluate and identify key skills and abilities needed to fill critical roles.
Screening and skills assessment as per the job requirements and explores the new recruitment channels and gives recommendations to the Client Recruitment Manager.
Scheduling, follow-up, Coordination with candidate to ensure show-up and feedback from interviewer.
Work closely with clients / Hiring Managers to develop relationship and to understand overall needs and requirements
Develop and Manage strong consultative relationships with clients/hiring managers and candidates.
Collaborate with key internal clients to understand business strategy, direction, and talent needs
Utilize strategy information from key businesses / functions to develop a proactive talent strategy
Execute sourcing components on talent strategy
Consistently meet the performance metrics as defined by the Manager.
Strategizing with manager and teammates to accomplish business growth goals.
Provide, track and update metrics / data on sourcing efforts, sourcing results, supply & demand of talent, and industry standard.
