3.Source Right-Fit candidates from various sources such as Job Portals, Networking Sites, References, Applications on Company Website and others.
4.Evaluate the profiles, shortlist and submission of right fit profiles to clients.
5.Ensure that CV submission is completed within the Turn Around Times (TAT) requirements of clients.
6.Negotiate with candidates and follow through activities till on-boarding of the candidates as per the offer
