Establish trust and confidence by maintaining integrity and providing a high level of communication with managers, team members, and applicant
Clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment life cycle process
Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience required
Strong hands on sourcing in varied niche/super niche technological skill sets.
Should have an experience to search candidates out of portals.
