v**Sourcing, Scheduling and Assessment: Source prospective candidates through Job Boards (Naukri, Monster, IIM jobs, LinkedIn), Employee referrals and Vendors basis the JD receipt from the Hiring Manager /Business Unit. Conduct HR Assessment for the park with interview panel
**Offer Negotiation and Roll-out: Co-ordinate with HR Business Partners and Offer Management Team with Offer creation and benchmarks. Issue formal Offer Letters to candidates by co-ordinating with HR Operations team
**Documentation and Background Verifications: Collect mandatory set of documents from a candidate and co-ordinate with the Background verifications team for initiation of case
**Management Information System (MIS): Maintain the information of the hiring in form of updates in recruitment trackers. Manage the entries of the roles in Application Tracking System (ATS)
**Skills for IT Recruiter - has to have experience into Testing Background - Selenium, Manual, Automation, Testing, Devops ( Preferable )
