Lead technical project implementations that impact Managed Services
Assist as needed with Global Managed Services technical initiatives and support
Defines assignments, schedules, quality expectations, and other project criteria
Coordinates the daily project workload of assigned group to assure that adequate resources are applied
Act as technical liaison between Product, Sales, and Integrated and Managed Services Operations
Look for and recommend continuous improvement initiatives
Identification and analyses of customer requirements
Transition Managed Service projects into the GSDC
Support on Managed Services projects and portfolio
Creation of Project documentation (project schedules, progress reports, KPIs, etc.)
Coordination and controlling of complex projects and sub-projects
Support for Areas and Customer in case of architectural design and security approvals
Responsible for clear and concise documentation for internal processes and procedures.
Respond to and complete project related work requests.
Work required shifts, overtime as necessary, and maintain on-call availability as required.
Responsible for timely completion of all assigned tasks and projects.
Discuss with customers and other departments project change requests and actively drive the implementation
Define project schedules pertaining directly to assignment ensuring service launch is coordinated with market and operational readiness
Provide project related cost analysis to management
Adhere to budgets and keep projects on track for successful completion within specification.
5-10 years experience in IT support and/or service projects
At least 5 years experience in complex IT project management
Know-How in Service/Banking/Retail helpful
General hardware and software ATM knowledge helpful
IT knowledge in Client/Server and network infrastructure
Basic understanding of networking topologies, TCP/IP communications, and the OSI model helpful
Very good English and intercultural experience
Understanding of DB architecture and Web Hosting Services
Must have Team Leading skills
