3 - 5 years of experience in Service Desk / Technical Support, experience within a Windows & Mac.
Excellent trouble shooting, and problem analytical skills
Professional customer service skills, and proficient in managing clients expectations
Working experience in Windows & Macintosh Client and Server environments
Solid understanding on Active Directory, DNS, and TCP/IP for advanced end-user issue troubleshooting
Knowledgeable on network topologies, Internet provider technology, to troubleshoot with ISP if needed
Strong troubleshooting ability on Windows and Macintosh laptops / desktops for standard application issues, network issues, printer issues, hardware issues etc.,
Fluency in English - Speak, Read, Write Technical Process documentation
Strong understanding on Microsoft Office suites for both Windows & MAC operating systems
Good knowledge on O365 User account creation / modification / deletion, and perform education for end-users and troubleshooting on Office setup issues
Strong ability to present thoughts, metrics & presentation, thru MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
Handles escalated tickets
