Customer Facing Role in the area of IoT dealing with Solutions and
RBEI is involved in developing multiple solutions in the space of IoT
for industries such as Manufacturing, Construction, Retail, Automotive, Energy
The job involves interacting with potential customers to understand
business problems, operations bottlenecks, process limitations, customer
sentiments and come with a well-defined problem statement that can be taken
towards solutioning using various IoT levers.
The job involves participating actively in the solutions framework with
the solution architects to create the best value for customers
The job also involves owning up a solution / customer / market vertical
and playing the Product Management and Product Marketing role. This
necessitates market research, voice of customer, business case creation,
business model analysis, market / customer solution validation etc.
The job also requires the candidate to be able to represent the
organization in conferences, speaker roles, panel representation etc.
Travel flexibility within the country and outside country is expected.
