Desired Candidate Profile:

1. 0.6-3 years of experience with a minimum of three months of educational or professional experience
2. BS/BCA/Btech/MCA in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent required
3. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
4. Solid understanding of relational databases and the Software Development Life Cycle
5. Outstanding oral and written communication skills
6. Ability to convey technical information to a general audience
7. Aptitude for learning new technologies
8. Zealous attention to detail
9. Familiarity with software deployment, website analytics, web service APIs and version control systems is a plus

Job Description: Will be the first point of contact of the company and provide comprehensive support via Phone and Email and Live Chat. Install, train, and implement product at various customer machines via remote access software and ready for travel for demo and post-sale support.

1. Be able to understand nature of client issues and resolve them in timely and efficient manner
2. Responsible for resolving client issues via Phone and Live Chat, Email and Remote software
3. Self-motivated and be team player
4. Maintain policies and procedures when working with clients and provide appropriate information
