1.Providing Voice support to Internal and External End Users. The job will require you to handle inbound calls / emails / chats regarding technical issues for end users.
2.Remote Infrastructure support
3.Perform problem cause analysis
4.Resolve customer queries & achieve customer delight.
5.Ability to Identify Opportunity & Implement Process Improvements
6.Has technical experience and skills in the areas of problem determination, creativity and analysis.
o Ability to identify basic Hardware parts and aware of basic Hardware concepts
o Sound Knowledge on Operating Systems & MS Office
o Basic Networking Knowledge
o Good Communication Skills(Neutral English-Mandate)
o Any Graduate Fresher,
o Flexible to work in Rotational Shifts
Experience required : 0 to 3 years (Max)
