Job Description

Responsible for calling Insurance companies in USA on behalf of doctors / physicians and follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivables.
Excellent written and oral communication skills;
Typing speed of 18 wpm should be flexible to work in the US evening shifts
Skill Set:
Good spoken English skills
Typing speed 18 wpm accuracy of 80%
Flexible in rotational Shifts

Education:
Graduate Fresher (0 experience)
OR Minimum HSC Or Any Degree with awaiting results and candidates with minimum 6 months experience in any field is also eligible
Remuneration:

Requirements

To draw OCR (Open Claim Report) from the system
To prioritize the pending claims for calling from the aging basket
To schedule the calls as prioritized to US carries and patients by considering the time zone difference in IST and US time-zone applicable
To make a physical call by following the international norms and applicable rules for confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Responsible To Achieve Targets As Per The Schedule
To report the outcome of the call in the appropriate system and to advise the team in data-team in RCM for corrective action.
Skill set:
Good spoken English skills
Awareness of US Healthcare Industry and RCM.
AR Calling - US Healthcare process
Typing speed 25 wpm accuracy of 90%
Education:
Under Graduate & Graduate with Relevant experience of Minimum 6 Months and above
