Job Description

Roles Objectives:
* Establishing and developing a business plan for export, for growth in chosen global markets
* Fulfilling export order targets leading to a healthy bottom line
* Formulating & implementing business promotional strategies amongst international clients and set up marketing / sales policy in accordance.
* Create business funnel; Conduct market research activity in chosen export markets market for analysis & opportunities estimation
* Set up most effective distribution channel in key export markets
* Maintain process & systems for international marketing of various products on different products lines
* Establish a responsive after sales service system
* Develop appropriate marketing materials for an international audience

1. Business Generation in international market
a. To analyse & monitor the current global markets and prepare a business plan (within a month) to identify and develop new sales opportunities for the export of company products
b. To build export business from new/existing clients/countries for all products
c. To coordinate, improve & increase sales volumes with current & potential sales partners/agents
d. Develop and implement a clear strategy and promote circulation and book sales through direct mail, print and electronic advertising
e. Conduct market research activity in chosen export markets market for analysis & opportunities estimation
f. Negotiating and quoting best prices by proper analysis to get business from overseas
g. Identification of new business opportunities in existing or new product categories within the manufacturing capabilities of the organization in the relevant markets

2. Company branding in top-line products
• Organize sales briefings and conferences, and visit international trade fairs
• Create newer ways to remain in conversation with customers via surveys, feedbacks etc
• Working with mgt to develop appropriate marketing materials for an international audience
• Ensure regular conversation with customers by supplying information on new product features, new updates about new development, feedbacks etc

3. Export process handling & cost optimization
a. Prepare and send export documents like shipping instruction, invoice packing list, certificate of origin, Lending Certificate, Sales Order to client and get approval of Sales Order from client to initiate the production
b. Make arrangements for freight shipments in a timely and cost-effective manner
c. Establish system of vendor selection in terms of insurance, carrier, forwarding agent, & their performance evaluation
d. Track freight movement and communicate any delays to the customer
e. Search for possibilities to lower cost carriers and faster shipping routes & reduce expenditure in whole export business cycle
f. Develop contingency plans or facilitate an expedited shipment, in the event of shipment disruptions
g. Monitor the processing of orders and check that the distribution is running smoothly and that everything is on schedule
h. Ensure timely receipt of payment collection from international sales
i. To execute timely collection of Forms (C-Forms, H-Forms, etc.) from customers

4. Market Analysis & Opportunities estimation
a. Regular analysis to look and open new profitable export market opportunities as well as presentation of those estimations to the respective managements
b. Maintain awareness of international market conditions, competitor activities, user preferences and desires and industry trends to seize new opportunities before competitors can anticipate
c. Use the knowledge of the cultural, business and political background of the countries, taste of customers to seize the business opportunities before competitors
d. Produce marketing plans, budgets and sales reports for discussion with company management.
