Job Purpose: The job holder is responsible for selling products via prospecting or during sales launches, thereby achieving / over achieving the assigned sales target and ensuring high customer satisfaction with sales process.
Researches, prospects, obtain leads and develop new business opportunities in order to reach sales targets
Captures leads and prospects and maintains a database for such prospects
Updates himself of the competitors pricing and other initiatives
Prospects and meets clients outside the sales office by scheduling meetings in a way that do not affect sales centre operations.
Event Management / Sales Launches: Represents the company during exhibitions and shows where company is participating or invited. Participate in sales launches / events whenever required.
Customer Focus / Management.
Job Context: The Sales Executive works closely internally with Sales Operations, Property Handover and the Finance teams as well as externally with the Agents.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills: Qualification: Minimum Graduate degree in relevant discipline/industry
Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in Sales, Property Development or Real Estate
