1. Follow Quality Assurance guidelines/procedures with an eye on customer satisfaction and sales success.
2. Work with Team members towards compliance of all policies and procedures.
3. Work with Team Leaders and Training Department to promote quality and consistency.
4. Compile and maintain accurate monitor records. Update and distribute Quality Assurance Standard Attention to detail.
5. Interact with customers to provide and process information in Response to inquiries, concerns and request about Products and Services.
6. Accurately process and record call transaction using a computer and designated tracking software.
7. Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customers and clients business.
