Job Description

1. Identify new sales opportunities in Middle East & SEA regions through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails
2. Research prospects, map key decision makers in HR department.
3. Propose online recruitment solutions of Naukrigulf, Perform effective online demos to prospects, negotiate and close the order.
4. Maintain and expand the database of prospects within an assigned territory.
5. Close sales and achieve quarterly targets.

Requirements

Proven Inside sales experience (International) of 2 to 5 Yrs
Exposure in Inside sales in regions like EMEA, Middle East, Asia Pacific, Australia an added advantage.
Track record of over-achieving targets.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel & MS Word a must.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
