Job Description
Undertake design project from concept to completion.
Prepare 2D, 3D, 360 Degree and walkthrough Design.
Supervise Design team.
Define project requirements and schedule during the brief.
Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans.
Set costs and project fees according to budget.
Research and decide on materials and products sourcing.
Supervise work progress at site.
Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices.
Ability to multi-task, prioritizing tasks among several concurrent Projects to meet deadlines is essential.
Coordinate with Clients/Customers when required.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Architect/Interior Design or similar.
Experience 2+ years in relevant field.
Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions)
Proficient in working drawings.
Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.
Ability to use AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, SketchUp, Revit and Photoshop presentation software would be a significant advantage.
Excellent portfolio of previous works.
Creative talent, imagination and eye for design.
Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Project management skills.
Site Supervision Skill
Good knowledge of Architectural and MEP Materials.
