- Educate the team and customer about the product
- Work on assigned leads and generate referrals from every visit. Overall, build a pipeline of prospects using Direct Sales channel.
- Cross sell and up sell Life Insurance products based on the life cycle needs of the customers and as defined by the organization.
- Activation of Maximize and Daily follow up and lead updation in Maximize
- Acts as a point of contact for the resolution of customer escalations, enquiries and complaints from external and internal customers.
- Need to be approachable and supportive towards the team. Also should have the ability to motivate the team in a right way to get the targets met.
