Work closely with sales leaders to design and execute monthly/quarterly campaigns over email and phone
Work closely with LMS, Content and Account Sales teams for building campaigns and providing customer/prospect feedback
Enable the team to meet monthly and quarterly goals for meetings, opportunity, and revenue-based targets for inside sales team
Run a strong operational process around pipeline and opportunity to drive maximum productivity and performance from the team and enable them in terms of strategy and planning
Use CRM (MS Dynamics) to provide detailed activity reports, opportunity management, and weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting to management
Minimum 3+ years relevant work experience in inside sales
Minimum 1+ years in Team Management
Strong customer-facing and presentation skills, communication and interpersonal skills.
Expertise and experience of selling complex B2B solutions to mid to large enterprise customers across globe
Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (CRM, Online Meeting, Office Suite).
Willing to accommodate job timings based on campaign's requirement.
