• Lead generation and Initiate the sales process by calling leads, understanding their IT infrastructure and assisting them with their requirements and closing sales.
• Manage all aspects of the client relationship and expand into new clients with a focus on selling IT services including Cloud (SAAS, PAAS & IAAS).
• Served as a Microsoft Volume Licensing expert for small and medium scale industries and other major IT vendors in the market like, Cisco, VMware, Citrix Systems, Dell, HPE, Lenovo, Amazon (AWS), and Adobe etc.
• Managing Hardware Sales of products like (Dell & HPE), Physical Servers, Rack Servers, PCs, Laptops, Back Drives (Tera Stations), Cables, Switches, Cisco Phones and their Smart net renewals etc.
• Handling the entire sales cycle from calling the lead to qualifying it to opportunity, preparing quotes, getting customer approvals or payments, converting into orders, placing orders with distributors (Ingram Micro) and delivering the product to the customer.
• Preparing weekly reports on Sales Analysis, Sale revenue, targets achieved etc. and submitting it to management.
