Division: Industrial Water Products (Industrial water purifier/ cooler/ RO plants)
Position: Territory Head/ Key account manager
Role:

Reporting structure (Reports to whom): Zonal Head /RSM
Reporting into (Who reports to this post): Management Trainees
Job Description (in points with specific achievables and Accountability):
To achieve monthly sales target as assigned by his superiors
Coverage of assigned territory
To handle minimum of 50 customers At least 40 from B Class and 10 A class
To Cover minimum of 5 customer/ day- with 2 new calls and 3 repeat calls
Minimum 12 demos to be conducted by TMs of Equipment Division
At least 40% of the business should be from Repeat Customers
At any given point of time, maintain a prospect base
The distributor stock holding should not to be more than 45 days of average sales
Ensuring at least 1 to 2 distributor sales person per distributor is working at any given point of time
Monthly training to be imparted to all the distributor sales person
Submission of DAR on Daily basis and Submission of Secondary Report ( along with Customer PO)
Prepare monthly contact programme on the 1st of every month
Potential mapping to be conducted on a quarterly basis.
