Enterprise Business Analytics incident support and request fulfillment:
Work experience in troubleshooting and resolving the issues for eBI, Tableau, OBIEE reporting.
Better understanding of Sales and Finance operations for routing issues related to reports/metrics/data-mismatch to next level support. Manage the incident
Knowledge on eBI or BA (Sales and Finance) access management tool and validation process.
Troubleshooting the access related issues and resolving it with help of tier2/tier3 teams by providing all possible triage information.
Must have experience in understanding and resolving business (Sales, Finance etc..) related reporting/analytical and data mismatch issues.
Engage with next level support groups to bring in understanding and enhancement in the support processes whenever needed.
Serve as a resource to superusers for education on technical system functionality.
Monitor the incident/request queue in incident management tool and take end to end responsibilities in manage those.
Education, Experience, and Qualities:
A Bachelor of Arts or Science Degree required
Minim 5 yeas of experience in support operation needed
Some experience with reporting tools (e.g. Oracle Business Intelligence, Business Objects, SQL, OBIEE, Tableau, etc.) is preferred
Experience in incident management tools like ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk or BMC Remedy is a must
Demonstrated ability to have completed multiple, moderately complex technical tasks
Ability to understand customer issues and think from customer perspective
Quick learner and has ability to take up new support processes or cope up with changes in existing processes for support service betterment.
Strong oral and written communication skills; including process documentation
Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, task management, and organizational skills
Abilities as a support person to find the root cause of the issues in Business Analytics.
Very good understanding of Sales and Finance organization and processes; good in driving operational efficiencies, and representing the team in cross-functional discussions
Desired Candidate Profile:-
Should be a local Candidate from Bangalore
Should have strong hands-on experience into Monitoring, JIRA, Business Analyst Skill, BMC Remeady and skill sets.
Should be available to join within 15 days or less than a month's time.
Should be available to attend Interviews on Weekdays.
