Recruits for all levels of positions: entry level to Executive.
Utilizes ATS for all candidate and employee documentation for each requisition
Coordinates with hiring manager(s) to determine best recruiting process for position(s).
Acts as liaison with area employment agencies and advertising agencies.
Sources, screens and interviews applicants.
Coordinates appropriate employment testing.
Conducts employment verifications and references.
Extends verbal and written contingent job offers.
Partners with Finance and HR team to create compensation structure as per budgets and company policies and communicates with the candidates, including negotiations
Maintains employee referral program.
Creates and oversees the completion of onboarding for new employees including orientation, introductions, training, mentor program etc
Follows up with the related clerical aspects of employment, such as completing of health, employment and insurance forms, notifying the department of employee's starting date and the requisition the employee is filling, etc.
Completes weekly reporting and meetings with stakeholders on recruitment employment activity.
Develops new strategies and programs to attract candidates.
Works closely with recruiting managers in other regions to share best practices, provide assistance on critical needs and coordinate on national-level initiatives.
Assists with creating collateral for employee branding, campus recruitment events, etc.
Fosters collaborative and welcoming environment for candidates, new hires and coworkers
Experience - 1 - 3 years only.
Successfully demonstrates ability to recruit against 10 - 15 roles at a time, at all levels of heirarchy and priority
Able to prioritize and adjust to fluid environment
Demonstrated cases of exceptional judgment skills used in all lifecycle recruitment decisions
Organized and maintained relationships with agencies and partners to enhance talent pool and expedite hires in some hard to fill openings.
