Vertex India has two offshore contact centers in India (Gurgaon) with a capacity of nearly 1000 seats. We have, since 2002, been providing services to UK, US and India clients in financial services, utilities, telecoms, travel and leisure.
We provide front and back office business processes associated with customer management. We deliver a range of services which include Customer Service, Collections, Mortgage Servicing, Web Content Development, Knowledge Management, Market Intelligence Gathering, HRO, Accounts Payable & Procurement & IT services including Application, Service and Infrastructure Management.
Qualification: Any Arts & Science Degree, Diploma (Fresher’s / Experienced) – 2015/2016/ BE / B.Tech Passed out eligible to apply
Required Skills: Excellent communication skill in English with basic Computer knowledge.
