Human Resource Manager - US Shift

Job Description

* Lead and direct the Human Resource functions at XDBS, Noida

* Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development

* Recruitment and Retention Talent acquisition - managing talent and succession planning, manpower planning, and preparing job description with the help of managers, campus placement; taking overall responsibility of recruitment activity. Identifying various innovative means of acquiring talent

* Compensation and Benefit - Assist finance department in salary process. Make all necessary coordination to make a smooth and efficient operation

* Employee Relations - Handle disputes, complaints, grievances of all staff and resolve the issue in minimum time. To foster a conducive working environment through employee relations activities and communication

* Performance Management - Compile all data needed for the annual salary review, and the annual performance appraisal analysis

* Reward and Recognition - Managing the reward and recognition program. Identifying various creative means to reward and recognize employees in the organization

* Liaise with other functional / departmental head so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purpose and achievements

* Maintain awareness and knowledge of latest HR development theory and methods and provide suitable interpretation to directors, managers and staff within the organization

* Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of HR development

* Responsible for ensuring statutory compliance and managing audit requirements


* Minimum 5-7 years experience into Human Resource functions, preferably from BPO/ KPO/ MRO background

* University degree required, MBA or an advanced degree in HR, business or relevant curriculum preferred

* Outstanding communication and presentation skills

* High level of interpersonal and integrity

* Experience of dealing with senior and sometimes challenging individuals

* Ability to represent Human Resource as a part of bigger business picture

* Strategic planner and excellent problem solver

* Proven ability to build strong working relationships, internal and external to the organization
