HR operations - Employee life cycle management of On boarding, Induction, Confirmation, Exit management.
Performance Appraisal process - KRA's and Evaluation for employees.
Appointment, engagement and review of Business Associate (Manpower Contractor) for supplying of Contract manpower as per the business needs
Ensure all labour law compliances
Implementation of Learning & Development and engagement initiatives as per plan.
Regular review with Location Head and team for HR support.
Develop and practice proactive Industrial Relations both internal and external environment.
Desired Skills and Experience
At least 5 years in manufacturing based organisation.
Post Graduate diploma in HR
Knowledge and understanding of HR.
Ability to handle a large workforce comprising of on roll and contractual workforce of 100 plus.
Expertise in HR management, policies, Industrial relations, Contract labour management, Statutory compliance, External environment dynamics.
