Human Resource Executive Job Summary We are looking for an HR & Administration Ex- Female candidate
We are looking for an HR & Administration Executive to support our Human Resources department. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.
Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases. Our ideal candidate has experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.
Responsibilities and Duties
Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.
Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media etc.
Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
Take care of Induction, documentation and other inventory.
Handle administration activities such as office boy’s work, stationary, and other requirements.
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”.
Support senior HR in other work such as grievance, policy change, IT supplies etc.
Graduation/MBA in HR
Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter).
Ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc).
Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc).
Ability to organize skills assessment centres (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc).
Familiarity with HR databases.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong decision-making skills.
