Job Description

Serve as a subject matter expert on HR policies, people enabling and offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people related strategy and execution. Provide insightful data to guide decision making and offer proactive solutions.
Consult with the leaders to create a comprehensive people plan to influence lasting change over functions at IMImobile. Be a partner and trusted advisor to leaders. Provide expertise in the following areas: career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, recognition programs, and strategic development.
Solve business challenges and get to the root cause of any issue, no matter how complex. Design and quickly implement solutions that cut across multiple disciplines, even those beyond people and organizational solutions.
Promote and demonstrate what our culture means in practice. Positive role model for IMImobile Values and Behavior.
Build high-trust partnerships with the business leaders to understand and diagnose development needs and opportunities. Execute a comprehensive development strategy inclusive of individualized learning, and other gamified learning methods; Develop recommended solutions that address top priority needs.
Consults and supports the performance management and development of employees using Lominger / similar tools and resources; Works with leaders to understand and articulate employee engagement feedback and data to improve overall environment;
Facilitates leadership to promote high performance culture through effective utilization of tools such as Talent Planning, Feedback, Performance Reviews and Total Compensation Planning;
Uses Talent data to make recommendations and identify trends and focus areas for the Talent Team
Leads Talent Planning process, outcomes and follow up actions; Partners with Recruitment on internal talent pipeline and planning across business functions;
MA/MS/MBA degree.
Experience working as a management consultant, working with external clients.
