Designation/Role : HR Business Partner
Function : Retail HR
Business : Retail
Years of Experience : 3-5 years
Qualification : Any Graduate/ MBA in HR with relevant experience of at least 2 years in HR
Location : Thane
Reporting To : Lead Business HR Retail

Key Responsibilities :
Regular interaction with Stakeholders & ensure task accomplishment for better engagement & connect (Function Heads, COE, L & OD Payroll & Shared Services teams).
Responsible for Change Management on Various on-going initiatives in the organization. (Culture, HRIS Modules & usage).
Responsible for Employee Lifecycle Management (HR Operations, Onboarding, Grievance handling, MIS & dashboards).
Responsible for Talent Acquisition & ensuring optimum staffing for all functions (Front & Backend).
Manage Employee Engagement through Engagement Surveys & Initiatives for Front End & Backend(R & R).
Responsible for all Performance Management activities for Front End & backend staff.

Other Attributes :
Excellent in Verbal & Visual Communication with strong Influencing Skills,
High Business Acumen with Retail Operations understanding.
Adept with MS Excel MS PowerPoint . Knowledge of Coral draw/Illustrator will be an added advantage.
Must be result oriented, self-motivated
Detail oriented with strong planning, organizational skills.
Strong Analytical Skills
