Ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievances to maintain cordial management - employee relations and to achieve a committed workforce.
Responsible to carry out various employee engagement activities in the organization like One on Sessions, Skip Level Meetings, Employee of the Month, Festival Activities, Birthday Celebrations.
Close coordination with the Corporate HR team to communicate Human Resources policies, procedures, programs, and laws.
Recommends employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of morale and motivation.
Participates in the conduct of investigations when employee complaints or concerns are brought forth.
Advises managers and supervisors about the steps in the progressive discipline system of the company. Counsels managers on employment issues
Talent Acquisition Internal Recruitment
Coordinating with the corporate HR Team for manpower planning of the region.
Implementation of MRF policies while recruiting the candidates.
Managing the recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification & analysis of manpower requirements.
Strategy planning in motivating the subordinates for Head Hunt of the potential candidates to close the requirements.
Posting of all the requirements on various job portals and scheduling the interviews for the potential candidates.
Arranging Interviews for the candidates in coordination with the respective stake holders.
Coordinating with the Corporate office regarding various types of reports and data.
Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS):
Maintains employee-related databases.
Prepares and analyses reports that are necessary to carry out the functions of the department and company.
Prepares periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested.
Fully utilizes Human Resources software to the company's advantage.
Training and Development
Assists with the implementation of the performance management system that includes performance development plans (PDPs) and employee development programs.
Assists with the establishment of an in-house employee training system that addresses company training needs including training needs assessment, new employee orientation or on boarding, management development, production cross-training, the measurement of training impact, and training transfer.
Provides necessary education and materials to managers and employees including workshops, manuals, employee handbooks, and standardized reports.
Maintains employee training records.
MBA with 4- 5yrs of significant experience in HR Generalists & Recruitment.
Strong interpersonal and social skills
Must have handled volume recruitment and strong hands on experience in job portals.
Good oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Skilled in soliciting input and proactively evaluating candidate needs.
Ability to build strong relationships and positively influence colleagues
Proven ability to take initiative and look beyond current role openings and identify strong industry talent.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams; share responsibility for results, provide and accept feedback.
Positive attitude, energetic approach and self-motivation are all essential
