Manage full cycle recruiting process for the organizations current requirements (HYDERABAD BRANCH) ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Source candidates from relevant networks, online and internal databases, employee referrals and passive candidates through networking and research.
Build strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future talent requirement.
Screening and shortlisting relevant profiles and scheduling candidates for interviews
Coordination and regular follow ups with candidates and ensuring candidate delight at every step.
Work with hiring manager to update job descriptions for opening requisitions
Follow the TA process and procedure by getting the MRF (Manpower Requisition Form)filled from the respective hiring managers by modifying MRF based on the needs and requirement of the hiring manager
Maintain and update the daily manpower pipeline tracker and submit the hiring manager.
Use passive search techniques to build a pipeline of talent and constantly nurture passive candidate relationships
Manage all candidate activity and keep organized record of candidate communications, share the candidate resumes to the hiring manager and act upon the feedback shared.
Participate in face-to-face interviews as required along with the hiring manager.
Facilitate corporate TA & HRSS to arrange documents required for candidate joining and initiate offer approval process by supplementing documents required for the same.
Participate in bi weekly status reports to discuss with Corporate TA to review progress on open positions
Responsible for inputting and updating data in Recruitment Plan Report on a real time basis based on the task assigned by the Corporate TA.
TA Process & Procedure Framework
Effectively address any query related to TA process & Procedures related to interviews, offer generation and acceptance.
Ensure proper documentation of the interviewers feedback as per the respective level forms.
Effectively respond to any TA related policy raised by hiring managers, employees and stake holders.
Ensure end to end closure of open position from sourcing to offer acceptance till final joining.
Maintaining daily, weekly and monthly trackers and sharing the same with HR Head and respective stake holder for regular information update & status development
Assisting HR OPS in collating employee related data and the filling of the HR Tracker for the new joinee.
Assisting HR OPS in preparing reports such as team headcount, biller headcount.
Be an SME in HR processes for the Hyderabad branch.
Oversee the verifying of the employee data to be shared to corporate HR operations team.
Employee Benefits escalating all the queries related to the Mediclaim and insurance policy claims.
Facilitate in team transfer process and ensure in the smooth integration of the employee in new set up.
Ensure the HR service levels meet all expectations and that the Operations team responds to all questions and requests in a timely, customer focused manner.
Assuring the implementation and adherence of guidelines mention in the Personal Policies, HR Manuals, and Employee Manuals by the branch thus ensuring HR policy administration and its execution.
To function as the SPOC for line Heads on HR operational issues (Leave, Transfers, New Joinee formalities, HRMIS Updating, Exits etc.)
Follow up for timely data Updating for all employees in the branch (including confirmations, transfers etc.) to the HR Corp Ops
Share the HR Tracker of the new joinee to HR CORP OPS on the date of joining of an employee.
EMPLOYEE EXIT AND ATTRITION MANAGEMENT
Drive key talent retention and development efforts engage into competency mapping
Monitoring the setting of quarterly performance goals and objectives by the Heads and hold employee regular employee meeting to provide continuous feedback and guidance in support of employees individual development needs.
Conduct one o one meeting with employees who have resigned, identify and document the root cause of the dissatisfaction, investigate employee conflicts if any.
For exiting employees conduct interviews and maintain exit data to be shared to the HR CORP OPS team on a monthly basis.
Ensuring attrition control for all the respective domain
Completing the relieving formalities Exit interview & Staff Clearance
Facilitate in the implementation of various attrition control intervention
Look into the seamless verification of employee attendance data for Payroll process
Liaison with HR CORP OPS team to ensure Updating of left employee data on a monthly basis.

ONBOARDING & EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION SURVEY
Drive the Group Induction Program
Plan, organize & deliver the induction program for the new joiners.
Designing, preparing & distribution of the welcome kit to new Joiners at the time of induction.
Market the survey internally with an email notification, a notice on communal bulletin boards, or on the company Intranet.
Promote the benefits of participating in the employee survey to help increase response rates & communicate the importance of data anonymity
Make sure you have the full support from managers & AVP and that they take full ownership of the survey results.
Communicate the results of the survey to all employees.
Run an employee satisfaction survey at the same time each year
