Build networks to find qualified passive candidates
Maintain regular contact with possible future candidates
Participate in recruitment knowledge sharing and best practices
Provide reporting and regular status updates
Responsible for complete operations of recruitment like interview co-ordination, data base & tracker maintenance etc.
Graduate with minimum 6month 2years of relevant experience in sourcing using job sites and social media/ blogs
Experience/Knowledge in IT/BPO sector is highly desirable
