Sourcing of candidates via internet postings, networking, headhunting and internal Database
Effectively using personal network, built up database, digital platforms and referrals for reaching passive prospective candidates
Conducting preliminary Interviews, telephonic Interviews and shortlisting candidates
Continuous Coordination with the Clients for offers and negotiations
Arranging interviews for shortlisted candidates.
Maintaining daily/ weekly/monthly MIS reports such as interview status reports, closure reports & feedback reports.
Focus on industry mapping and active networking with key executives.
Continuous efforts to ensure the Talent Now (Our MIS Software) data is updated timely
Effectively built relationship with clients & candidates
