We are looking for a recruiter, who will work on managing end to end recruitment cycle to attract, screen& select qualified and suitable personnel to fill job openings. The goal is to attract top talent from our candidates pool, gain competitive advantage for companys growth.
1.Handling end to end recruitment cycle for IT and Non-IT positions.
2. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
3. Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
4. Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job board/colleges etc.
4.Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, networking etc.
5.Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
6. Conduct interviews to filter candidates within schedule.
7.Interaction with different department manager for understanding their requirements.
8. Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
Monitor and apply best practices in HR recruitment.
Provide analytical and well-documented reports to the rest of the team.
Promote companies reputation as the best place to work
Any bachelors degree, however, preference may be shown to candidates who hold professional HR certification or a Masters Degree in HR.
