Job Description :
Develop and Execute Recruiting Plans
Work with hiring managers on filling up vacant positions.
Create job descriptions according to the vacancy.
Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
Administrative duties and record keeping.

Required Experience :
Must have 2 - 3 years of full life-cycle recruitment experience.
Should be well-versed with the use of major job portals.
Must have good communication skills and professional attitude.
Must have a Bachellor's or Masters Degree.

Salary:INR 2,50,000 - 3,25,000 P.A.
