Executing Payroll (PAN India)
End to End process knowledge of Indian Payroll.
Responsible for various reports
Monthly New Joinee, Monthly Separation, CTC Report.
Disbursement report Bank wise & Region wise.
Sending Monthly Report for New Joinee, Separation and Transfer IN & OUT to Statutory department.
Generating Salary Register/PF/ESIC report
Should have experience into all HR Compliance.
Should have good experience into Advance Excel(VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc...).
Maintaining & updating employee personal database for Business
Handling employees day-to-day operational queries
Providing floor support to our team members consistently.
Ensure data security / compliance to code of conduct within team.
Identify and implement cross training strategy within team
