Job Description

HR manager in Hyderabad: Available for immediate joining.

Policy: HR Policy Strategical Planning, Design, Develop and Implementing the HR Policy.
Resource Planning: Play active role in organisation improvement.
Understand business needs, finalise reporting structure, identify vacancies & update Job Descriptions
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition : Responsible for End to End recruitment & selection process and vendor management.
Employee Relationship Management; Build and maintain effective working relations with management and employees.

Qualification : MBA HR


Key Skills required;
Solid expertise in HR functional areas including Employee engagement, HR Policy and Recruitment.
Demonstrated ability to drive HR processes and to deliver high quality HR services in a fast paced, high change environment.
Ethical and empathetic
Great team player and ability to work effectively in a global /multinational business environment
Strong at planning and multi-tasking
Ability to work in a fast moving working environment.
Excellent customer service skills and accuracy in follow-up tasks are a must.
