Job Description

Your Duties
Handle the end to end recruitment from requirement gathering to on-boarding
Complete set up of the HR Department
Ensuring Statutory & legal compliance as per State Law
Providing various MIS reports to Management.
Work closely with delivery and practice heads to build a good relationship
As a Talent Acquisition /HR Business Partner, you have to work with business heads to ensure alignment of HR and business strategies. Talent Acquisition function in Planning, Strategizing and Execution. Extensive Leadership experience in transforming business strategy into talent acquisition plans with process innovation.
To improve the talent that comes in and have effective Talent Management practises to ensure retaining people.
Solid background using direct sourcing methods (Networking, LinkedIn, Job-Boards, Internal Talent Pools) and the ability to identify the best talents

Requirements

MBA from a reputed College
10-15 years of experience in handling HR especially Talent Acquisition
Domain Knowledge : IT Software Services / IT Product Development company
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work effectively in a global network and build the necessary rapport and relationships to be successful
Ability to think strategically
